No Service from TEVO PARTS for Bennet Read Power Up Vacuum Cleaner

I have been struggling for weeks to get parts for my Bennet Read Power Up Vacuum Cleaner: the motor driving the bottom rotating turbo brush as well as the brush.

The vacuum cleaner is not old and only 25% of our home is carpeted. This really reflects poorly on the quality of the vacuum cleaner.

My attempts to get help have been fruitless: I have telephoned, Whatsapp photos and written emails.
