No service from Bennett Read

Bennett Read Air Freyer bought from Game Heidelberg gave problems they send it to Bennett Read, for repairs. The same problem exists and warranty was exrended to 31 12 25 ,.I did sent more then one email to Customer care for Bennett read ,because game closed their shop No response from Bennett Read We are old customers of Bennett Read.The item should be replaced.I think factory fault.
