NO SERVICE FROM BENNETT READ!!

Went to Bennett Read's store in Bloemfontein to buy spare parts(pre- and post- motor filters) for my Micro Ultra - Compact Robust Canister Vacuum cleaner in early December 2025.They could not assist but undertook to request help from head office and will then come back to me.Until now no response.I then logged a query on Bennett Read's website on 13 January 2026 but until now no response. Really a sad state of affairs!
