No service, bad quality products

If I could give a 0 I would have. Bought an aerovac vacuum cleaner end April 2025. Used it twice and a piece of plastic by the clip that hold the filter compartment closed. Took it to Game Shelly beach they refuse to fix it or refund as the motor is not damaged its only the housing which make it not possible to use it.
