I purchased a Alpha Bot Max from Tevo

I ordered spares from TEVO factory outlet The Reef - the service is pathetic from beginning to end. Their invoice number TEV 017744 - first of all I recieved the Alphabot Max roller but the normal alpha bot brushes which didnt fit my machine - I phoned and told them recieved no apology and they said they would order the right ones and let me know. Needless to say I had to phone them and they advised that they had not yet recieved the spares After another week I called and still they didnt have it so I said I would return the parts. they then proceeded to tell me I can go to the Kempton branch where they have the spares - no apologies or can they correct the mistake

really disappointing that this product get sold with no after service and its not a cheap item
