No Service

TEVO Port Elizabeth refuses to take our calls and do not respond to our emails. We have already paid for parts and there are credit notes due. come on!!! Good morning,

I am at my wits end and disappointed with the service received. I’m getting nowhere with Tevo , no assistance , no feedback and no response.

I’ve tried phoning ,sending emails and even contacted Abby directly. All to no avail.

You delivered 3 of my spares in the week and I thank you for that , but I received no invoices with delivery. A new invoice and credit note is still due for the wrong motor which was supp****.

Now I’m still waiting for 3 spares – 2 of which you had in stock when I first placed the order and paid. Now there’s no stock and nobody can tell me when I can expect to receive these spares.

I feel that this whole situation was treated very badly from your part and I beg of you to get back to me before im forced to take it further.
