No customer service

I bought a Bennett Read *****th Vacuum and the Nozzle has broken off. I want to buy another one, but after several(more than 6 phone calls) to 2 different numbers over the last week I cant get a hold of anyone. I have also tried sending an Email a few days ago but no reply....
