NO CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE BENNETT AND READ

We bought a vacumn cleaner from Bennet and Reed. I had a question about the cleaning of it. In 2 months I have sent 2 queries on their website to two different departments and an email to tevo, there has been no response. Seems as if once they have sold you an item there is no interest, no customer service, no after sales service. So disgusted I will never buy another one of their products!! If I could give them minus stars I would.
