New Model Pathetic and Service even worse

<p>We purchased your new Bissell Easy Vac Compact Cylinder Vacuum cleaner as our older model was ******. The new model is advertised as being an improved model. Well I beg to differ, its suction power is pathetic. It can’t even suck up dog hair from the one carpet we have. The older model was far, far superior. I did complain to Tevo that I thought it may be the head, and was told that I could “buy “(let me just emphasise that “I could buy “at my expense the older version head. I was even told that they have stock), really wonderful. Your newer model has in no way (my view) been enhanced in any way, in fact its worse that the older version. Yes I am out of the time period of the CPA, I don’t have the box and all that. But I do have my receipt from Makro Amanzimtoti. I would strongly advise any potential client that is going to be investing in a new vacuum cleaner to stay well away from this Model (EV – 505 – S16) its *******. I now sit, having spent money, on a vacuum cleaner that does not do the job it’s supposed to do. I must say I not only am very disappointed, but will also go as far to say I will stay well clear of this brand in the future!</p>
