Never any parts for the Bennett Read vacuum cleaners

We bought a Bennett Read *****th Vacuum cleaner from Makro and they said it can't break and all that nonsense. I asked if parts are always readily available and they said yes of course. Mine now needs a new pipe and brush. Every time I call then they assure me that the parts will be here in two weeks. Same thing every time. I wish I had never bought your useless machine.
