My Expensive Electrolux Vacuum Broke after 8 Weeks !

I purchased what is currently Electrolux's flagship vacuum cleaner, the Silent Performer from Hirsch Centurion in November 2023 and this model and brand was a deliberate choice having had over 3 decades of Electrolux appliances.

Alas, this vacuum quit after 26 months, 2 months after warranty.

No one in the supply (purchasing chain) entertained a goodwill repair and to be clear had no obligation to.

This beleaguered experience has destroyed the faith in Electrolux as a brand.

Two months past warranty, from Electrolux? This is what other branded products do, not Electrolux. Or perhaps this was true 30 years ago.
