I am afraiI have to endorse the other appalling reviews for this company. My tenant purchased a Bennet Read from Builders Warehouse Centurion about 6 months ago and i took it back to Builders for a spare filter. They said they did not stock them but I should try Makro or game. I tried Makro Germiston who referred me to the Tevo in Midrand. They said they were out of stock but I should try again the following week as stocks were due in that Friday. They gave me William's number and said I should phone him in future. After many attemptsIi finally got hold of him. He said stocks were not in try again the following week which i did. he then promised to call me as soon as stocks arrived which was imminent. After another 3 weeks I had not heard so I called him again and he said they were out of stock! i reminded him about our phone call and asked why he hadn't called me. He then put down the phone (or we were cut off). I am absolutely appalled with this sort of service especially on their site they say they are so consumer orientated. What a joke.
