most pathetic and dissapointing service

On 2015/11/19 I brought by lateral thigh trainer machine to Game stores in klersdorp for repairs,few weeks later I received an sms to collect my machine only to find that there was a part short,3 months later with no communication from both game stores or tevo.yesterday I went to game and received a pathetic service from tevo team being sent from pillar to post and the irrelevant response I gt from jabu that he is the area manager,and he also had the audacity to lie about calling me prior,does this team now the basic service standards,and as for u jabu shame on u I wonder how this brand could entrust itself on a person of your caliber....I am deeply disaapointed..
