Misleading Salesperson

I am so disappointed with the staff of Northmead square (Benoni)from the sales consultant to the branch Manager Bongani Chauke. On the 25/ 02/2023 I bought a Bennet Read Microwave and before I bought I enquired about it for week’s because I am not far from the mall asked questions about different appliance’s from the prices and warranty to the salesperson Lucia . She didn’t disclose anything about the difference between a Demo, refurb and brand new Microwave . I trusted her and bought the microwave its no longer working. I went back to the store the skelem that sold me the microwave was fired and only then I got to learn that I bought a ****en refurb microwave to my suprise I remember asking her why it was so affordable she said it’s on promotion time and time again never bothered to mention that it’s a ****** second hand good why the hell would I opt for something that is used already I feel so mislead and that as a consumer my rights were abused . Now they don’t want to refund me back my money they are coming up with stories. I am definitely going to take legal actions. You can’t go around misleading consumers. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
