Misguided beings

The carbon brushes on my Bennett Read One (R4k vacuum cleaner) wore out. Contacted Tevo who then informed me that I can only purchase the whole motor (R1019.95). Imagine what an environmental waste that must be if they did this to all their customers. Anyways good old china stores and R22 later for a set of carbon brushes and my vacuum is up and going again.
