Microwave warranty

On 4 April 2025, I bought a Bennett 20L digital microwave for R1099-00 from game west street Durban. 12 months warranty on microwave

On 12 May 2025, microwave stopped working. Took microwave back to game west street Durban, the rep for Bennett said microwave must be taken for repairs. In 21 days will give me feedback. I went back to game on 20 May 2025, spoke to Lidokuhle who informed me, microwave has to go for repairs, company policy, I asked bout warranty which he had no answer.
