Memre Pillows

Hi, please do not purchase the Memre pillows, they are so not worth the price. I purchased 2 in February, called the brand to return for refund or some sort of compensation, as i am unhappy with the product, it is just lying around, but they cannot assist, as warranty only covers foam. I recently purchased a popcorn maker from verimark, same day i burnt it mistakely and then asked verimark if they could assist, they refunded me immediately, now that is service, for a mistake that i can incurred. No one is asking Tevo to supply same pillows to someone else, all i am asking is for common courtesy to an unhappy customer with this unsatisfied product.
