<p> </p> <p>If you are considering buying a memre pillow be warned that you MUST NEVER get the product wet. If you do, the over advertised guarantee of 3 years is worthless, you are in for a surprise. It will crack and be rendered useless. This is all available after purchase when you register the online guarantee. This sounds fair does it not? First buy then sign?</p> <p> </p> <p>Be warned be warned.</p>

The matter was investigated and our findings are as follows;
As our Customer Care Liaison has already brought to your attention, the Guarantee covers defects in workmanship and materials of Memre which is not the case in this instance as per your email to us. Our Memre pillows come with a washing instruction label that is attached to the pillow cover. The washing instruction label states that the pillow must not be washed. Further, when a customer registers this product online there is a box that needs to be checked which states that the customer has “read and agreed to the terms and conditions" of the guarantee. The terms and conditions highlight in four separate instances not to wet or wash the Memre Foam material and go on to provide in depth care instructions should your Memre product become wet. On behalf of Tevo, I do apologise that the outcome could not be one that is to your satisfaction but unfortunately with the warnings that we have provided around washing the Memre pillows your pillow is not covered by the guarantee. We urge all customers to read the Guarantee Terms and Conditions as they have been included with your best interest in mind.
