memre memory foam pillow

I purchased a memre premium contour cloud memory foam pillow (R350) from Game at the Pavillion on Saturday (27/07/2019) I got home and opened the pillow up around 5pm and found that the foam is torn so i contacted the store immediately and was told to leave my contact details and that an employee from tevo pavilion will contact me but they didn't so I decided to call the store the next morning (28/07/2019) and spoke to the tevo employee at the pavilion and explained the situation to her, I was told by her to bring the pillow to the store and that it will be exchanged, I understand that she is only doing her job but my argument is that, I paid R350 for the pillow and had to make a special trip to Game at the Pavillion (I am from Chatsworth in Durban) which costed me R150 fuel plus R15 parking to exchange the pillow, which I did because I didn't want to be told that I left it for too long, so I paid R515 for the pillow which I don't think is fair on the me the customer.
