Memory foam pillow, soft before a year
I purchased 5 MEMRE - Classic Premium Air Foam Pillow's. 3 in 2018 and 2 in 2019. All 3 of the pillow from 2018 have gotten soft and really uncomfortable. I booked one in at Game, the pillow was returned with "no fault found" and they send the pillow back to me extremely dirty. I put my head on this pillow, it is not used on my floor!! Now the other 2 are soft and cause I do not have my slip I have to wait for Game to try and get a print out for me.. I called Tevo and Farad was going to get back to me but never did. I now spent R2000 on pillows and bought it for people as gifts, only to find out under a year later the pillows are not what they are expected to be. Whats the point of a 3 year guarantee then?? I am very disappointed in their service and won't recommend this Tevo pillow to any more of my family and friends in future...

We have followed up with management and the reason why we cannot comply with your request is due to the fact that density change is normal and expected with these type of pillows and is not considered as a defect. These pillows, in particular, are temperature sensitive and as a result, they soften in warm climates and firm up in colder climates. The guarantee covers physical defects and changes which cause a visible, permanent indentation in the material.
