Magneto Power Station

I bought a Magneto 150W Power Station 5 May 2023.

Haven't had a chance to use until the 12 October 2023. Used it for less than an hour and it used 3 Bars and took more than 4 hours to recharge, which I was not impressed with. I took it to Game where I purchased it and spoke to the Tevo Consultant who said I need to leave it for assessment, however they will process a refund. I paid R2999.00 for this equipment and I should be allowed to get a refund as it is not yet a year from date of purchase. It says compatible with laptops however the Tevo KZN Sales Rep advised me that it is not suitable for a laptop as the laptop is 150W.
