Magento Rechargeable Light Plug Exploding Off Of Cable

In less than a year we have had 2 Magneto rechargeable lights plugs explode off of the cable when plugging them. This last time, 2 days ago, it exploded in my hand (I have images of my hand all black from the electrical explosion). I tried to contact them on Facebook but have not heard a thing.

This is DANGEROUS and someone can really get hurt.

Not impressed at all.
