I have contacted Tevo Boksburg as I require a spare part for my Bennet Read PowerUp Cyclonic vacuum cleaner. The Drive belt is what I need. I was told last week that spares are sent on a Tuesday & I would be called back about it’s arrival. I had to phone back to enquire if they had received the belt, which they informed me no they had not received it & that this machine has been discontinued. I only purchased this machine last year January 18, so even though it has been discontinued, I would expect the company to still stock the spares for an extended period. I have since tried phoning their head office & have sat holding on to speak to someone in a senior position to no avail. If this is the service to expect from Tevo I would not recommend them or their products.
