We bought a vacuum cleaner from Builders in Paarden Eiland

On the box as it stands in the shop it has a badge that says "SA'S No.1 vacuum cleaner brand"

I would like to know how a machine that is falling apart after 10 uses is put in any category classified as "best"??

This is utter *******, the biggest load of ******** that anyone can ever sell. Extremely low to no suction power The vacuum head keeps falling off Ineffective filter Lugs on the pips that cut your hands

I am about to drive back to Builders to ask for a refund. This garbage should be shipped back to where it came from, the only thing this brand does is pollute our country with cheap plastic garbage...
