Lousy backup.

Bought a Memre contour pillow but unable to replace pillow cover. They said I must travel to airport Industria Cape town to purchase one. Why can't we purchase it a Makro or Dischem or some where close to home. Bought a Bennet Read upright pet vacuum cleaner November 2019. Works well except after vacuuming and rolling it across a white tiled floor afterwards the "rubberized" wheels leave black marks. Once again I must travel to Airport Industria to have it inspected or let Makro send it then it takes too long and we without a vacuum cleaner. No positive answers on their "online chat" either.
