Lost a customer for life

My trusty air fryer died after a good few years of use, so we shopped for a new one. The Bennet and Read 11 L looked really good, so we made our choice. 6 weeks later and it stopped working. Having bought from Game we took it back to them to find a disappointing 3 week turnaround time expected. It was returned in as new condition and in the original packaging. Game were great, called us when it was ready to collect and here is the part that will never see my buying a Bennet and Read product again. This air fryer came back looking like ****. Chrome parts scratched and scuffed, the black display scratched and scuffed. We take pride in keeping our goods in good condition, the lack of respect here tells me a lot about Bennet and Read. If you can't respect the people that keep you in business, then we will speak with our wallets.
