Lack of help from Tevo in assisting to get replacement parts

I bought a Bennett Read vacuum cleaner in 2019. Need replacement dirt container filter. Cannot get hold of a representative to help me. There is a ridiculous system called Hannah that you have to type messages to. Kindly get a representative to contact me please. Getting replacement parts should not be thus difficult!
