Just Plain Bad Attitude
Visited this company at Centurion N1 Business Park today.After choosing the Product that i want to buy,i arrive to the cashier who is busy on a Personal Call for the next 5 minutes.Im waiting there and she is busy talking about some cheap clothes in Marabastad with whoever, during company time while as a Client i must listen to her conversation about cheap clothes.Even thou she was talking in Shona,i understand that language very well.I approach the receptionist and i ask if this is how they conduct their business,they deal with personal calls during working hours,she says she is talking to a client.Im like look at this two,they think i cant see what is happening here.What a bunch of unproffesional front staff.

The abovementioned complaint was investigated by management. We are of the understanding that the cashier (Anna) was on a call with a customer providing directions to that office.
