Item booked in for repairs for over 8 months repair no ***

I took my kettle in after a month and they booked in for repairs ref *** but they couldn't fix it I returned it again after two days and they told me they could not fix it without proof of purchase even though i provided initial ref, I eventually sent the pop but to date they haven't repaired it it's been 8months now they have my kettle since January, customer care is useless I don't know who else to escalate to. Game carnival mall is full of Bennets returns. Do not buy this brand
