Inferior quality at premium prices

Bought a pots and pan package.just 4 months in and the handle rivets are lose , pots and pans easily scratched and permanently stained. Premium prices for inferior quality. Will never buy a bennet read appliance ever again. I couldn't be bothered trying to exchange their products based on service standards reported accross various review platforms. Ill just put it down to experience. Makro/massmart also responsible on selling such garbage
