I will NEVER buy Bennett Read again

I bought the Bennett Read 1000w nutrition extractor blender from Takealot, and I have to say I am very disappointed. The base section with the blades leaks black dye whenever I use it. I contacted BR and they told me that this is definitely not normal, and I must send it back to where I bought it. I told them Takelot won`t take it back , they will tell me to go to the manufacturer. I was then told to take it myself to the nearest service centre. So, they admittedly sold a faulty product, but don`t take any responsibility for repair/replacement. I don`t even know why I trusted Bennet Read again, we have been through 2 vacuums, same model, both worked great for a short while then stopped picking up small things, even feathers. I will NEVER buy Bennett Read again
