I am absolutely LIVID at the quality of the Bennet Read Alphabot. I DON'T WANT STORIES AND FIXES. I WANT A BRAND NEW ONE AT LEAST

I bought a Bennet Read Alphbot, specifically to assist in cleaning the floors while I work at home. The first one went in 5X for repairs which takes on average of 3 weeks before you receive the absolute ******* you bought back hoping that maybe this time it will work. Didn't happen 5 TIMES. Eventually when I took it for THE 6TH time, again it was suggested "we fix". In absolute horror and frustration, I bought another one whilst waiting for a refund.
