Hoverboard malfunction and ultimately a waste of money

Bought my son a hoverboard for his birthday, the self leveling mechanism broke after a month. Took it back to ToysRus who then sent it on to Tevo. I asked for a replacement board or my money back. They said they had to assess it first- they just ended up replacing the faulty part. Skip forward a month, the same part broke, again they just replaced the self leveling part instead of the board when clearly it’s a manufacture malfunction. Skip forward a few more months, same problem again. The board can’t level itself, now the report back from Tevo is miss use of the board.....

Extremely disappointed with the service I have received and won’t be buying any more Tevo products.
