Horrible service 😡😡😡 from ‘Makro , Bennet Read and Tevo

Makro , Bennett Read , Tevo At this point I don’t even know who’s worse I bought a washing machine at Makro online and it was delivered by crown mines , I logged a call for return a day after receiving the machine and reported that it wasn’t working , Makro took 3 weeks to log a service call With Bennet read , a service call was logged and I was sent an email that Tevo or Bennett read service guy will come to check out the machine it’s been two weeks what’s worse is that I cannot even get hold of them on the line I’ve called several times but it doesn’t go through I hold the line for over 10min and then the call drops , it’s very frustrating , I am not sitting with a machine that’s supposed to be new but I Can’t use it it’s been a month not , the service is really terrible I wouldn’t recommend to anyone This is horrible
