Horrible driver

I would like to express my other anger I have with the driver that swerved in front of me tonight

He swerved from the complete left lane of the highway straight into the right lane without even looking that there's a car there I had to swerve completely to right almost hitting the barrier and completely hitting brakes to a standstill.not everyone has such quick reaction! Any normal person would've crashed today! I want proof of action being taken against who ever this was! Email me ! A company cannot have such wreckless driving !

I have photos of the car and where it was what time but could not get the registration with the light reflecting.
