Horrible Customer Service and Product Quality

We purchased a cordless vacuum brand new. It worked nicely about 4 times then it became quicker to sweep because the suction power was useless. Took it back to Tevo they got it repaired and then a few months later it was useless again. We asked for a refund as the product we purchased was not doing it's job. However they then stated we can't get a refund because the vaccum can't suck up sand and hair and this is causing damage to the brushes. That is literally what it is made for. Our R800 cheap vacuum from Takealot is still going strong after 4 years but this R2k Bennet Read vaccum from Tevo can't vaccum hair or sand. Just pathetic we will never recommend either brand to anyone. Horrible experience and management and head office don't care at all. We are now taking it back for the third time to be repaired
