HORRIBIBLE HYDRO VACUUM- BENNETT READ

Purchased a Hydro Vacuum by Tevo this week for R1650.00. Biggest purchase mistake Ive made from makro this far. I've exchanged the product twice already and I warned the representative that if I do find on the third time that I use the product and doesn't work or has an issue then I would make a complaint for all to see.<br> The first time I purchased the product, the suction nozzle was broken and didn't have enough suction power so I returned it to makro who are 60kms from where I live for another one. Took it home and when I opened the product it was used with water still leaking from the hose and the inside being extremely dirty with dust and dirt in the filter and bucket. Took it back for the second time and was very clear about giving the brand another chance failing which I would ask for my money back and by a competitors vacuum. Opened the product this morning and switched on the vac for about max 5mins and could get a rubbery burning smell, the vacuum switched off and doesn't come on again. The light is on and no suction! Going to return and never by a TEVO Brand again! Costs me alot to go up and down to return a Cheaply made product! Word of mouth is a powerful weapon TEVO!
