Good Customer Service
I purchased a Bissel vacuum cleaner from Pick n Pay(Greenstone). A month later, I discovered a crack on the vacuum bowl. I took it back to Greenstone. 2 Weeks later(this was due to the Easter holidays) I got a call to say that I can come collect the vacuum. To my surprise, Tevo replaced the vacuum bowl & they provided me with a brand new filter. This kind of customer service is virtually extinct in South Africa. Keep up the good customer service Tevo & I will continue buying these brands<br> Ronald Moonsamy
