Gobi Quad copter broken within 5 minutes

Using mybrand new Gobi Quadcopter I bought in Jhb (very excited when I finally tracked it down) started playing with it when i got back to East London and after the first flight as it started flashing the low battery it suddenly flipped and landed on the ground upsidedown. After recharging it thinks it is upside down. Always producing thrust upwards. I am no where near a makro to return it and am furious that it failed after its first flight!
