Game stores as the middlemen is nonsense.

I got an air fryer as a gift for my birthday and officially started using it in December 2024for our Christmas lunch and actively so once my daughter started grace 1. Barely 3 months in and the air fryer stopped working. We went to Game with the slip and were told that we need to bring the box 😒before they can take it. Why in the world would I have a box , since when is the slip not sufficient?. I am super disappointed and not to mention frustrated.
