Game Festival Mall Selling Faulty Bennet Read Microwaves

I absolutely regret buying a Bennett Read microwave. I bought it on the 26th of December, I had to return it today because it is no longer heating up. Game at Festival Mall could not refund me because Bennet Read is hiding behind its 14 days policy. If an appliance cannot last over a month, it should not be on the shelves. I have to small kids who need their bottles disinfected. Now I have to wait up to 21 days. Highly disappointed
