Finally a company that take your complaint seriously!

<p>I wrote a complaint in February regarding my frustration with my vacuum cleaner that was hardly used, and Makro refusing to refund me.</p> <p>Miracles do happen, and I had a phone call the next day from a very kind gentleman from the Head office name Fharad. He reslolved my issue within less than 3 days, and I can say that I got refunded after he made arrangements with Makro management.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you for resolving my matter so fast, and for giving me absolute brilliant customer service. And mostly for doing it in such a very friendly manner. Honestly 5 stars for The Tevo team.</p>
