Faulty Vacuum (Model issues???)

We purchased a Bennett Read dry/wet vacuum cleaner quite some time ago and it gave multiple faults. The first fault was the pipe started to break and tear in a number of places along the creases. Bennett Read replaced this part for us when we returned the machine to the store where we bought it from. The second time the machine went in, it was switching on but not sucking in and picking up dirt. The third time again the machine was not cleaning to its original standard. It was on this last visit that Bennett Read replaced our machine with a new machine.

It had not been long before the second machine started showing all the same errors as the first machine. The pipe is tearing at the creases and our machine is now again not sucking up the dirt. We have had endless problems with our machine and are extremely disappointed with this product. Our intention was to spend the extra money on a good quality product so that it would last for an extended period of time, and this has not been the case whatsoever.

Seems best to buy a cheaper product as they are more robust and last longer.
