Faulty vacuum cleaner

I bought a vacume vleaner from this company. Not too long afterwards ( we'll within the warranty period) it was not working properly. Dropped it off and after a month or 2 I contacted them to see how or where it was . Was told it's at umhlanga branch. I asked why they had not called or left a message. Anyway they replaced the motor. This only lasted a day when it stoppworking again. I then counted head office and was promised it would be sorted. Well.when it came back apparently after a Fer days it packed up again. I was oversees at the time and only found out when I got back. So once again I sent it to them. They saident a quotation for another repair. By this stage I was totally fed up and just left it there. On Monday they called to say it was still there. I told them I do not want it as I keep having to pay for their so called repairs what a terrible machine and service
