Faulty vacuum
Bought Bennet and Read Pet advance vacuum. The machine cleans very well however the rotor brush stops working. Mailed Tevo, no response, loaded for return to Makro, no response. After calling Tevo listed numbers and being on hold forever and a day, well you cannot reach them. The vacuum cannot be used, Tevo do not respond to emails, nor answer phones. So after sales service? Warranty? I guess not worth much

23 Jun 2020, 16:33Dinesh and Clint jumped onto the case. Dinesh found resolution. The Bennet read pet advanced suction power is unreal. It lifts dirt two other well known vacuums cannot. The rotor and suction grab all the pet hair fantastically. Guys, thank you for resolving
