FAULTY SHOX Sentinel Drone Flew away by itself!!

My mother recently brought drones for my son and father for Christmas. Excited and charged they wanted to go test their drones. I have on video that an expensive gift flew off by itself?! Trying hard with the remote to get it back and it just kept going like it wanted to on its own. GUESS WHICH DRONE - Shox Sentinel Drone! It states 100m range but that thing flew away like it had a mind of its own!! We immediatly placed on our social media apps help to look for it. We walked from house to house for 5blocks. My mom drove up and down checking every tree while we walked and knocked to check all the yards and trees. The remote just kept peeping!!

When I phoned the store from which we brought it to say please replace the product as this must be a factory error,here is the video proof and box with all EXCEPT the drone that flew away on its own and we feel this is highly unfair as we have proof on video!

When I went to search for factory help,we saw ALL the complaints about how these drones flew away! I want feedback from Tevo. This is heartbreaking when you see the someone excited about something they really wanted just to see it being a factory error and simply flying away!
