Faulty Product and Poor After-Sales Service

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Bennett Read's Tough 15 vacuum cleaner. The salesman convinced us to purchase this model, boasting about its exceptional strength and carpet suitability. However, just two weeks later, the vacuum suddenly stopped sucking.

When I took it to Game for repairs, the same salesman shockingly revealed that Bennett Read has a history of producing faulty items. This raises serious questions about the product's quality and the sales pitch. I asked what would happen if they can't fix the model and he said "then you have a very nice orange flower pot"

The cherry on top is the atrocious repair service. We're told to wait 21 days or longer for repairs. Unacceptable for a brand-new product.
