Faulty Magneto Plugs

Hi, I have four Magneto lights that I have purchased in the last 2 years from Makro and they are all damaged due to the pin plug disconnecting from the cord. Definitely this can't be a negligence from my side as they all having the same issue plus I hardly use this lights unless there is loadshedding at night. I would like to know what is the technical issue with the plugs, are you looking into changing the plug and can you have this light repaired at no cost to me as this is highly acceptable
