Faulty Iron

I regret the day I did my first purchase of Bennett read, that brand is useless and expensive for nothing. I bought a sensor iron which I only used once and it was off, took it back to Game Mall@Carnival for a refund I was told it must be sent back to Tevo for assessment first. I requested for my money back and I no longer trust the brand only for the to repair the iron when I specifically asked for refund, now am sending email back and forth the call center number is forever not reachable. Game consultants are just not helpful. I wish to return back all their appliances I bought, Bennett read brand must permanently be discontinued, nonsense brand for an extremely expensive price.
