Faulty appliance

I purchased a Bennett Read iron from Makro, it's still withing the 2 year extended warranty period. The steam button is faulty,it keeps getting stuck. The iron continuously leaks water while ironing. Today when I switched it on, it just got extremely hot, burnt my ironing board when I placed it down to test the temp, it poured out water then went dead. I'm very disappointed as this is not a cheap appliance.
